Tomer Bitton is the Managing Principal at RegattaFl. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Crescent Heights®, where he helped establish and expand the company’s residential division into multiple markets across the United States. During his 31 years with Crescent Heights®, he oversaw operations in locations including Tokyo, New York, Beijing, and California. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $5 billion of urban, residential, condominium, office, and hotel developments.

Tony Zarbano entered the real-estate industry 25 years ago and has evolved through multiple roles. Tony started out working for developers in the Boston area as an on site salesperson and soon after became director of sales for the projects he worked on. This allowed him to be a key part of the interior and exterior design team for the finishes and layouts, as well as marketing and pricing. Tony has been responsible for 2 billion dollars in condo sales and is now Managing Partner in Regatta Realty.

Ben is a seasoned global investor and asset manager with extensive expertise across residential and commercial real estate, healthcare, and the securities industries. He has held positions at premier financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch–Bank of America and the AXA Group, where he honed his proficiency in investment strategy, asset management, and financial structuring. With a track record of sourcing and evaluating over $1 billion in debt and equity financing opportunities, Mr. Raiber has played a pivotal role in facilitating U.S. public bids, affordable housing initiatives, luxury property management, real estate developments, nursing home financing, and student housing projects. His diverse investment portfolio includes student housing complexes, multifamily residential properties, healthcare facilities, and triple-net lease agreements. Ben holds a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
